About Todd Seigler

I’m Todd Seigler. Welcome & thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little. I'm a dedicated real estate professional with Maximum One Community Realty proudly serving North Georgia and beyond. I’ve called North Georgia home since 1999. Over the past 25+ years I’ve developed a deep appreciation for this region, its communities, its growth, and the unique lifestyle it offers families, retirees, and professionals alike.

Before transitioning into real estate, I built a strong foundation in communication, education, and service. I earned a Master’s degree in Translation & Interpretation from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and worked as a translator/interpreter for Hershey Mexico. I later completed my Education Specialist degree at Jacksonville State University and have spent almost three decades teaching at the high school level. Those experiences have sharpened my ability to listen carefully, explain complex matters clearly, and guide people through important decisions with patience and integrity.

In 2021, I followed my passion for real estate and earned my Georgia and Florida licenses. I added my South Carolina license in 2024. My multilingual background, combined with years of helping people navigate major life transitions, allows me to serve clients with a personalized, detail-oriented approach whether you’re buying your first home, selling an investment property, or relocating across state lines.

I’m committed to providing honest guidance, strong negotiation, and exceptional service throughout the entire process. My goal is simple: to make your real estate journey smooth, successful, and even enjoyable.
